Who we are: Break Into AI is run by Quinn Condor-Maguire, Pomona Strand, 1108 Block C/3, Manchester M16 0YE, United Kingdom. We're the "controller" of your personal data. Contact: hello@aiascensionagency.com.
What we collect
- Your email address. It's how you log in, and how Stripe and we know which subscription is yours.
- Your course progress: which modules you've opened, how far you got through each video, and your submissions (written answers, code and links) with their grades and feedback.
- Subscription details from Stripe: your Stripe customer ID, subscription status and renewal date. We never see or store your card details; Stripe handles payment.
- Login records: when you logged in, so you stay logged in on your device.
- If you join the community: your Telegram account ID, so we can let you in and remove access when your subscription ends.
We don't ask for anything else, and we ask you not to put other people's personal details in your submissions.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To provide the course you've paid for, including grading your work (contract).
- To take payment and keep tax records (contract and legal obligation).
- To keep the service secure and working, for example limiting how often login links can be sent (legitimate interests).

Where data leaves the UK, it's protected by the safeguards UK law requires.
AI grading is automated. If you think a grade is wrong, resubmit or contact us and a person will look at it.
How long we keep it
- Your account, progress and submissions: while you have an account, and 12 months after your subscription ends, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back. Then deleted.
- Payment records: 6 years, for tax.
- Login records: 30 days after they expire.
Cookies
We use one cookie, which keeps you logged in. It's strictly necessary, so there's no cookie banner. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@aiascensionagency.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
