Terms of service

These terms are between you and Quinn Condor-Maguire, Pomona Strand, 1108 Block C/3, Manchester M16 0YE, United Kingdom ("we"). Contact: hello@aiascensionagency.com.

The course

Break Into AI is an online course: videos and tasks, with your work checked as you go. While your subscription is active you get everything we've published. We add and update modules over time.

Price and billing

• £25 a month, taken by Stripe when you join and on the same date each month after.
• If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for up to two weeks, and you keep access while it does. If it still fails, your access stops. You can rejoin any time and pick up where you left off.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from Billing in the course. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, then it stops. We don't refund part-months.
• Your progress is kept for 12 months, so if you rejoin you pick up where you left off.

Your 14-day right to cancel: UK law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. At checkout you ask for access straight away and agree that this means you lose that right once the course starts.

Your account

One account per person. Don't share your login. You're responsible for what's done with your account.

Your work

You own what you submit. You let us store it, grade it and show it back to you. We don't publish it or use it for anything else.

AI grading

Your work is checked by an AI. It's usually right, but not always. You can resubmit as many times as you like, and if you think a grade is wrong, contact us and a person will look at it.

No guarantee of a job or income

The course teaches practical skills and helps you build a tool you could sell to businesses or show to employers. We can't promise you a job, customers or any income.

Other tools you'll use

The course has you use outside tools, like AI coding assistants, the Anthropic API, AWS and Azure DevOps. Their own terms apply, and any costs from using them are yours. Some need a paid plan or charge for usage. The course tells you how to keep those costs down.

Fair use

Don't:

• break the law using the course
• upload other people's personal details
• try to get into parts of the service you shouldn't
• share or resell course content

We can suspend or close accounts that do, and we'll tell you why.

The community

Members can join our Telegram group. Be decent to each other. We can remove anyone who isn't. Access ends when your subscription does.

Our liability

Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim there.
